Words from Elder Garrett Davis in Thailand

"Thanksgiving:)
well given thanksgiving is American holiday i am just glad that we have some senior couples over here:) last monday we went and had the chance to explore an area in the heart of Bangkok and we went and visited a Buddhist temple haha its pretty old and falling about a little bit haha as you see by the picture they did have a giant golden Buddha there as well haha made me laugh:) then on Tuesday we went to the senior couples house and we had the chance to share thanksgiving with them it was amazing to taste something else besides rice for a meal:) but we then talked about the traditions each of our families have and it was cool to hear other peoples traditions given i still like mine the best;) so on our way back to the house we were in the taxi and the Bangkok sky line looks pretty cool so i took this picture:) Wednesday rolled around and we taught a couple people and they were good we taught about the gospel of Christ and its weird over here hardly anyone knows who Christ was and what he did.Thursday Friday we invited and asked people to come to church and it was good had a few people ask where the church was:) then Saturday i played soccer with some members and man i am really enjoying soccer:) (Riley i think i can take you when i get back:)) it was a good week the language is coming  along great and its great:) haha i talked to some white guys and they are pretty funny over here haha:) well i Love you guys i wish the best this week for you."
