So i've been transferred to a new area on Vancouver Island to a town called Port Alberni. There are about 20,000 people here and there are around 40 active members of the church here. A lot of people complain about how "small" this town is and say that there's nothing to do here, then I tell them about good ole SJ. I wouldn't trade growing up there for anything! But i love this town. there are a lot of big jacked up trucks and a lot of hunters so i'd say it's a pretty good fit!:) You know you're in a great area when you pull up to the church and there are deer eating the front lawn!! The mission is going great and super fast! i can't believe i've already been out 5 months!"
